Kaigan Mastiffs and Bulldog Pricing~

Bulldogs~
Our Bulldog litter that will be ready to go for October 2011 will be sold for between $2000 and $3,000 per puppy. The male we are selling with Full AKC REG and he will be sold for $3000. We will retain future breeding rights free of charge for our girls and we will be listed on his papers as a co-owner for breeding purposes only. , you may use this stud in any manor you wish and collect your stud fee- however any breeding or freezings we do will be for the sole benifit of Kaigan Bulldogs and any financial gain resulting from the breedings we do will solely be for Kaigan Bulldogs.

If you are looking for a Bitch breed or be a pet we offer three different options:

Option1: Our pricing for pets are as follows, $2500 and you will get limited AKC reg- we hold the papers until you spay her and will release the papers once there is proof of spay. We recommend spaying between 18 and 24 months. You will get a 1 year health guarantee on the dog.

The follow pricing options are for Bitches being sold with Full AKC registration which entitles you to breed and show the dog:

Option 2: $3000 with Full AKC Registration, you may breed/ show her as you wish. We do however reserve the right to put our Kennel name first on her AKC Papers.We do not require a puppy back, nor will we co-own the bitch with you. You will be given a 1 year health guarantee.

Option 3: $2000 with Full AKC Reg, We will list ourselves as co-owners on her papers. You must breed to a stud of our choosing on her second or third heat cycle and you pay the stud fee even if it is one of our Studs at Kaigan Bulldogs. Stud fees usually run between $500 and $800, Once she gets pregnant and whelps we get the first pick pup from your litter and you must bring the entire litter back to us for us to evaluate each puppy before they are choosen. No puppies can be promised or sold to anyone prior to us having our pick first at 8 weeks of age. We will not pick our pup prior to 8 weeks and the pup must have been vet checked and vaccinated prior to picking, and all results from the health checks need tio be communicated fully to us prior to picking. All puppies that are the result of this breeding are required to have the name of Kaigan somewhere in the AKC registered name of the puppy. After this requirement is fufilled we will release our selves as the co-owner to your bitch, and you are free to breed her in any manner you wish. You will also get a 1 year health guarantee.




Mastiffs~
$2500.00 Full AKC Registration, Breeding and Showing rights- you recieve the papers when you come to pick up the puppy, 2 year health guarantee for Mastiffs.

$2000.00 Limited AKC Registration ( Mastiffs only) , required to spay/ neuter puppy between 18 and 24 months of age not before, Kaigan will not release any AKC papers until we have proof of spay/neuter.

Kaigan's Puppy Reservation Policy~

Once you have submitted a puppy application for mastiffs and/ or emailed/ called us for Bulldogs, and we have approved you as a forever home for one of our puppies, you will have the opportunity to reserve the puppy of your choice once it is born. The puppy reservation process is as follows:

Kaigan reserves puppies on a receipt of signed contract accompanied with $500.00 deposit basis. Contracts will be emailed out with litter announcements. You will need to print it out, sign it and return with your deposit. We sell all of our MASTIFF ‘limited registration’ ( companion/ pet) puppies for $2000.00. (you are required to neuter/ spay between the ages of 18-24 months of age) In the event you have an interest in breeding/showing yor MASTIFF puppy and are looking for full AKC registration the dogs are $2500.00. Deposits/ signed contracts are accepted when the litter arrives. We will only accept deposits for the amount of puppies we have. Any extras received will be prompty returned. Puppies are choosen for or by families during week 8 in order to determine personalities and establish who is the Pick Male/ Female. Puppies will be ready to go after the pick male/ female are choosen and are 8 weeks old or older. You may choose your puppy by either coming to us at 8 weeks and picking or by picking from pictures, again first deposit/ contract received gets first choice of Non-Pick Pups. In the event you cannot make it out or cannot make a decision from supplied photos, the person who’s deposit/ contract that was received after yours will get first pick of the Non- Pick of the Litter Puppies. If asked to choose a puppy for you as a pet/companion, we will choose what we feel is the most comapaiable puppy for you and your family...this in some cases will not be the biggest, or the typiest puppy in the litter. Depending on what your plans are for the pupppy wether it be obedience, ralley, TDI, or pet...will determine how the puppy is choosen for you. We will work closely with your family in choosing what we feel is right for you.

Pick of the litter Pups- Only in selected cases will be choose to part with the pick male/female. Interested parties must indicate to us their desire for such a puppy Mastiff or Bulldog and we will work out the details of such a puppy. Pick of the litter Puppies are more money and will automatically come with Full AKC registration- Either Todd or Laurel will be listed as a Co-owner of these puppies.

Deposits can be made via personal check, certified check, or money order- the balance is due when you pick up the puppy in CASH only. If we are shipping you the puppy, the balance needs to be received 1 week before the puppy is shipped, and the balance can be money order or certified check. Funds are required to clear the bank BEFORE the puppy ships. No exceptions.
Shipping is extra. Total shipping is the cost to fly the pup to you , plus the cost of the crate needed for travel.
